Children in parents room 10,00 – 15,00 €

1.    Prices and Discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 persons.

For every additional person we charge 15,00 – 20,00 €/night.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, bread service and final cleaning.

2.    Discounts for children

Kids up to 2,99 years stay with us free of charge.
Children up to 11,9 years pay only 50%.
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

3.    Pets

For dogs we charge 5,00 – 10,00 € (depending on size) per day without food.
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, dogs are not allowed in the dining room.

4.    Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid by 200,00 € per week.

Surcharge for breakfast: For bed & breakfast we charge 5,00 – 7,50 € per person. (Does not apply to children up to 2.99 years.)

The costs of final cleaning are included starting from the 4^th day, otherwise they range between 20 and 30 €.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site or just before your arrival by bank transfer. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

5.    Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 3 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 9.30 a.m.

6.    Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit. In case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 80% of the booked price.

7.    Cancellation insurance

You never know…

We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation. Further information about costs and details of the “cancellation insurance” are available here:

8.    Exlusion of liability
